Petrovac Beach

The beach is ideal for families, offering clear waters and safe swimming conditions for kids​. There are plenty of activities available like boat & kayak trips, snorkeling, diving and paragliding for those seeking adventure

The beach can get absolutely packed during the high season. If it gets too crowded, consider visiting the more secluded Lučice beach located around the headland at the southern end of the bay. Alternatively, the footpath​​ continues to the 2.4km-long Buljarica beach. Small boats also ferry passengers between Petrovac harbor and Buljarica Beach during the summer

From the beach, you can spot Katič and Sveta Nedjelja, two rocky outcrops, each adorned with a chapel. These can be visited by kayak or by arranging a boat trip from Petrovac's small harbor

A tree-lined promenade backs the beach, lined with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops​​​​

The beach is mostly covered in fine pebbles, which might be uncomfortable. Consider wearing water shoes
