Buses marked Stari Bar depart from Ulica Jovana Tomaševića in the center of modern Bar every hour, costing about €1. Alternatively, it will take you around 1h to walk the 5km uphill road leading to the Old Town from Bar

Near Stari Bar, you can make a quick stop at Stara Maslina, one of the world’s oldest olive trees, over 2,000 years old. Stari Bar is also the starting point for a hike to the Vrteljak waterfall, located in the village of Turcini
